Information
MuliBwanji is a six acre property located between Margaret River and the Indian Ocean. It has been designed for communal sharing of space. This can involve swapping stories around a fire or playing endless board games. The name Mulibwanji means Hello and Welcome in the African Malawai language where our elder statesman Petey spent time with, in the colonial police.
Inside the main house we have four living areas with rooms sometimes available when the family is away in Perth or in other parts of Western Australia.
In the front of property there are five powered areas where we setup tents from November to April. We have several Lotus Belle Tents that are beautifully made and delightful to sleep in. Sometimes our friends come to stay in their caravans.
There are two Bomas that service the paddock area. The Southern Boma has two showers and toilets and a camp kitchen. In the Northern Boma we have a fireplace and barbecue area with large day beds for relaxation.
On the southern side we have Pete's Gym with a large array of heavy stuff and Kirras pull up bar. There is also an ice bath for the more daring people and a spa. Pete is always keen to lift weights with our friends.
On the southern side of the house we have yards with ducks and chickens and a vegetable garden which supplies us with fresh food.
There are two Alapacs that protect our chickens from foxes and keep the grass down. There is also Malibu (Boo) and the Ladies (milky and bear) who eat everything!
There are also some nearby campsites and Airbnb's if you are looking for somewhere to stay with more privacy.
